South Croydon Benefice 

The South Croydon Benefice is a family of two parishes (St. Peter's and St. Augustine's) where everyone belongs, is valued and can grow in faith. We exist to worship God, making Christ known through teaching and through care for our congregations, communities and the wide world.  Our churches offer traditional and modern worship in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.  

St. Augustine's 

Located in St. Augustine's Avenue, South Croydon, CR2 6BA, close to the Brighton Road.  St. Augustine's has been serving the community since 1884 and was reordered in 1987 and now includes the St. Augustine's Centre, a multi functional space available to hire. 

St. Peter's 

St. Peter's Church opened in 1851, is located on St. Peter's Road, Croydon, CR0 1HG. The former graveyard provides a green oasis much loved by the local community. The interior lighting has recently be upgraded and new lighting has been installed in the churchyard.
