St Peter's, St. Peter's Road,

Croydon, CR0 1HG

St Peter's Church was designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott and dedicated in 1851.  The spire provides a visual landmark to all those who travel through South Croydon be it by road, rail or on foot.  The graveyard provides a pleasent setting for the ragstone building and an open space for the community.  Whilst the structure hasn't altered much over the years, with the help of English  Heritage a lot of work has been carried out to maintain the building. In addition the interior of St Peter's has been changed to make the building accessable to all.

The Parish is working hard to raise funds to enhance the lighting in St Peter's to make the interior more welcoming and to reduce the running costs of the church.

St Peter's Church is open Saturday mornings between 10:00 and 12:00.
